CLIENT AGREEMENT, CODES OF CONDUCT, AND DISCLAIMER FOR COACHING & MEDIUMSHIP SERVICES
Please read this Document carefully. By booking a session, purchasing any service package, or checking the agreement box on this website, you (the "Client") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and Disclaimer with [Votre Nom Complet] (the "Provider").
1. Nature of the Services & Personal Responsibility
The Provider offers life coaching and spiritual mediumship/psychic services. These services are designed to facilitate personal development, self-reflection, and spiritual insight. The Client explicitly acknowledges that they possess full free will and remain entirely responsible for their own choices, actions, lifestyle changes, and physical or emotional well-being at all times.
2. NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR THERAPY OR MEDICAL TREATMENT
The Client explicitly understands and agrees that:
None of the services offered (Coaching or Mediumship) constitute psychotherapy, counseling, mental health therapy, or any form of medical or psychiatric treatment.
The Provider is not a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist, medical doctor, or licensed financial/legal advisor.
Sessions do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health conditions, psychiatric disorders, trauma, or physical illnesses.
If the Client is currently undergoing medical or psychological treatment, or feels the need for professional clinical support, it is their sole responsibility to seek the services of a licensed professional. These sessions must never be used as a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
3. SPECIFIC DISCLAIMER FOR MEDIUMSHIP & PSYCHIC READINGS
The Client explicitly understands and agrees to the following terms regarding mediumship, intuitive, and psychic readings:
All readings, messages, and spiritual insights provided by the Provider are for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
Spiritual messages are highly subjective and subject to the Client's own interpretation. The insights provided do not constitute factual declarations, scientific proof, or professional advice.
The Provider does not predict the future with absolute certainty, nor do they guarantee connections with specific deceased individuals.
Any actions taken, or decisions made, by the Client following a reading (including but not limited to financial investments, career moves, relationship choices, or medical decisions) are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the Client.
4. NO GUARANTEES OF OUTCOMES
The Provider makes no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind—express or implied—regarding the outcomes of the coaching or mediumship sessions. The Client acknowledges that any personal transformation, success, or perceived clarity depends entirely on their own commitment, mindset, and application of the concepts discussed.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & ASSET PROTECTION
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Client agrees that:
The Provider shall not be held legally or financially liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to emotional distress, loss of income, personal choices, or relationship changes.
The maximum financial liability of the Provider for any claim, dispute, or lawsuit arising out of this agreement shall be strictly limited to the total amount of money actually paid by the Client to the Provider for the specific session or package under dispute.
The Client waives any right to claim punitive damages or to pursue the personal assets, savings, or property of the Provider.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
The Provider respects the privacy of the Client and will keep all information shared during sessions strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (such as clear intent to harm oneself or others).
7. GOVERNING LAW & ARBITRATION
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Provider's place of operations. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this contract that cannot be resolved amicably shall be settled by binding arbitration, avoiding traditional court litigation.
